As I’m writing this I am sitting in the bed munchin on this amazing breakfast. It’s filling, healthy and above all super delicious. It is also rediculously easy which is a huge plus especially in the mornings when at least I am feeling a bit brain dead.
I imagine everybody knows how to poor a cup of coffee and cut up some strawberries so let’s go straight to the smoothie! All you need is one banana, some lactose free or soy yoghurt, about 7 goji berries and 2 spoons of chia seeds! Put in the mixer, blend and done! Easy peasy!
