Breakfast Smoothie

DSC_1826I have no idea what the chia pudding thing is about. I think it tastes absolutely horrible and I can’t get myself to take more than one bite. It simply can’t be that everybody out there likes it? Anyways, I do use chia seeds but only to sprinkle on top of my breakfast smoothie. In that way I will get them into my system before they become all jellyish and I can enjoy all the healthy benefits of them!

This is my typical morning smoothie and made with lactose free yoghurt, one banana and frozen raspberries! DSC_1827
