My body is so sore today it’s a joke.. I hope I will be able to walk today and tomorrow haha. I’ve been giving running a try for the last few days and in combination with yoga I’m actually enjoying it (who knew that would ever come out of my mouth..).
So, this morning I stumbled out of my room and put on a face mask, made a blueberry bowl, a cup of coffee and then back in bed for a Skype meeting. the blueberry bowl is so amazing in the morning since it’s both filling and super delicious and all you need is:
Lactose free yoghurt
Mix everything together and poor into a bowl and add müsli of your choice. I use spelt müsli and chia seeds
